•One hand covered with disposable glove
•Fingers of each hand (4 bare, 4 gloved) contaminated by immersion in active BD broth culture (>50,000 zoosporangia/ml)
•A single finger pressed on surface of TGhL agar plate at 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 mins
•Each finger used only once
•Plates cultured at 23°C
•10 replicates
