•Hands washed in tap water
•One dried with paper towel
•Other wiped with 70% ethanol and allowed to air dry
•Both contaminated by immersion in active BD broth culture
•Four fingers of each hand pressed on surface of TGhL agar plate at 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 mins
•Plates cultured at 23°C
