Androgenesis:
Using the nuclei form cryopreserved germ cells or gametes, derived directly from males, and fertilizing a enucleated egg to produce an androgenote. The resulting embyro is then shocked (heat or pressure) to result in a homozygous diploid due to suppression of first mitotic division.
Major advantage of this method is that all progeny are genetically different and sperm are easy to collect and store.
