Experimental Design
Aim: To
demonstrate that there is a difference in resistance towards B.dendrobatidis between different species of Australian Frogs
To demonstrate that the difference in resistance between
the species is
measurable
4 species: Litoria caerulea
Litoria chloris
Limnodynastes tasmaniensis
Mixophyes fasciolatus
40 individuals of each species 20 randomly allocated as
control and 20 as
treatment
All individuals were housed together on specially
designed shelves to prevent
water exchange between enclosures
