Reproductive timeline
Ø28/9- Pair observed in amplexis on side of pond in reeds.
Ø29/9- 211 eggs counted at 7.30 am amongst several decomposing reed leaves and on pond floor.
Ø29/9- By 1.00pm 78 eggs could be counted as fertile.
Ø2/10- Tadpoles had started to hatch.
Ø3/10- All tadpoles had hatched 5 days after spawning.
