ØWhen metamorphosis starts leafy branches of Acacia sp. and Casuarina
sp. are placed in the water
to supply sitting
points.
ØFroglets were transferred to holding aquaria
once emerged from
the water.
ØThe aquaria are 500mm x 250 mm x 300mm and covered with a wood and mesh lid.
ØSphagnum moss is supplied as ground cover
with several
branches used for perching points.
ØA heat pad sits under one end set at 250C-280C.
ØA water bowl is used at the cool end.
ØFroglets will commence feeding almost
immediately, termites
have been used to stimulate feeding.
