ØCalling commences in late August to early September during the day and/or night.
ØCalling occurs from reeds or a vantage point near the waters edge.
ØAmplexis has been observed from the 20th of August.
ØSpawn has been recorded from 8th Sept. with the latest on 29th Sept.
ØTwo lots of spawn has been counted at 150 and
211 eggs.
ØThere is no maternal care of spawn.
