sitting in an open, exposed area during the day, it
is ill
8Other signs could be:
êshallow panting visible
on sides of abdomen
êbody colour is wrong (too
pale or dark) or spotty
êbottom of toe disks is
blue
êpigmented layer damage
(skin looks ‘beat up’)
êvocalises when handled
with abdominal bloating
êslight foam visible on
skin when handled
êfloating dead in water
with no sign of injury
