We have a large pot with some plants and a few white clouds and pacific blue eyes in it. We also seem to be breeding a lot of damselflies, which I don't mind. The children get very excited to see them morphing and flying away.
I'm aware of green tree frogs and rocket frogs in our yard, and last night we spotted three of the little guys in the photo, all about 2cm long. It would be nice to see them starting to use the pot. The rim is about 80cm off the ground. Is that too high for it to be useful to the species we have here? (We're in Brisbane.)
I've just become aware of the issues with white clouds and tadpoles, so if there's a chance that the local frogs might start using the pot I'll look at getting them out shortly.
Pot suitable for frogs?
