Frog identity
Smalish greyish, but very bright yellow with black spots under rear legs, thighs, can not easily see til legs extended, keeps getting inside my letterbox, what does it eat in there?
Hi,
Your frog is a Peron's Tree Frog (Litoria peroni). A nice frog to have around the home! I think it would be sheltering in the letterbox because it's dark and maybe a bit cool. It would snack on any bugs that wander in but at night it would go abroad and search for food nearby before returning.
