worms/parasite?

A big issue both in enclosures and in the wild.

worms/parasite?

Postby taniaaust1 » Fri Feb 07, 2014 6:33 pm

Today I saw a baby white worm thing with a yellow head wiggling/swimming in my pond (it has a very fast wiggle).. 4 days ago I saw a bigger one of these approx 1cm caught in my pump filter.

Does anyone know what these are? Have I introduced a nasty into the pond from taking things from a creek?

(or maybe these are a type of mossie larva?? thou that would surprise me as I have 7-9 mosquito fish in the pond).
