Non toxic plants for frogs

Postby melcoggio » Thu Apr 12, 2012 10:51 pm

hey guys - i am looking at putting a few more plants and ground covers in my tank next time i do a clean out:
i read that Native Violet (Viola hederacea) are safe for turtle ponds as they are edible to humans - therefore being non toxic - will they be fine for frogs??

there are a few water plants growing in our pond outside that i might take for my tank - not sure of what plant it is.. ill post a picture tomorrow.
