Working on a giant enclosure...

Postby rosequoll » Fri Apr 06, 2012 4:45 pm

Started my first day of work yesterday on a giant pine and glass enclosure that will be for my Magnificent tree frogs once they're a bit bigger.

Pine will be stained, fully cured then waterproofed/sealed. I'll be making a full custom background as well, and setting it all up with fogging/misting, drains, waterfall and some live plants.

Front glass will be one large cabinet hinged piece. Expensive but super classy looking.

Total heigh is 1200 with 200mm of false roof area to hide the lights, heating and thermostat/hygrostat. Total internal dimensions are 100tall, 900wide and 600 deep.
