Excellent... :D I might just wait until you sell sorted woodies before i buy some. I'll be sending my cricket/fly order in the post tomorrow (since i don't have a credit card... which is probably a good thing!)

I realise this is a few years late, but for anyone who might be interested:

The yeast is a live bacteria that will flourish and dominate, preventing other uncontrolled bacteria from developing in there. So its a sort of preservative.
