looks like he is protecting the girlfriend lol, or posing for a picture!!

they are so very cute. i want GTF's as well as all the rest of the different species lol.

Y are your guys brownish???

Hehe actually we think the frog on the left (Leonard) is actually a female, the one on the right (Sheldon) is definately a male :) So I guess either she is the protective type or they were just posing :P

They aren't always brownish - they change colours a few times during the day - usually dependant on what the lighting is like in the room and in their tank :) They were brownish for this photo but a little while later turned bright green while cruising around the tank.

Awesome little pets they are :)

Lol, the foods playing with it haha. My frog's often let their prey walk on them before trying to eat, perhaps it's just because my marsh frogs are lumps with eyes lol.

my UV output? nrver knew it was such a thing.

Your saying this because my frogs are brown???

i was a reptiglo 5.0 26 watt.

These guys are the colour they are because of the background colour i have there, i made the mistake by painting it brown i should of done it grey or something. green LMAO

Those White-lips are looking a bit stressed if they are that colour. What temperature do you keep the tank at? They'd also do with a bit more humidity in the tank because it looks a bit dry.

Hey you should use the 13watt globe instead of 26 watt, 5.0 is ok though. howmany globes do you have in the canopy?

so y do u say that??? i get advice from a lady thats studys frog for the last 3 years and because of the size of my tank 26 watt much better then the smaller one.

I only run a single reptiglo in the small canopy. they seem to stay away from the hot side now and hang around on that ledge under the uv light. sleepin

There are some markings on your frogs that could be from too much UV, 5.0 reptiglo is fine but i think 13 watt should be used. If you dont want to thats fine but if i was in your situation i would atlest trial the 13 watt and see how you go. :)

I have a 13 watt in the other tank and them guys have patterns lol. this guys only got dots.

Ive asked everything i can and nothing changed everything does exactly the same.

Does get annoying when these frogs have a gorgeous green. ill rip the background out some time after christmas and replace it with another of a different sort.
