So recently my partner and I have raised a few tadpoles. These guys were originally located around the Para Wirra park in the Adelaide Hills. I suspect they're brown tree frogs, however when comparing them to our store bought brown tree frogs two of them look quite different.
A little bit about them - Two of them took about 10 weeks to morph in to frogs, while the smallest one seen in the pictures (which to me more so resembles a brown tree frog) took around 16.
From what I've read the only frogs located at Para Wirra are the Brown Tree Frog, Bull Frog, Spotted Grass frog, Bibron's Toadlet and Brown Froglet.
It is worth noting that all the frogs seem to have toe pads as they can climb up on the glass and background.
We placed them in a container last night while cleaning their enclosure so we managed to get some good pictures. They are below:
Note that the large frog is the store bought brown tree frog. The smallest is next to it and the two medium sized ones are in a picture together.
Any help would be appreciated.
