I'm not too good on frogs over that side of the country but looking up the internet it looks like it might be Pseudophryne bibroni, Bibron's Toadlet. Check it out and see what you think.

Hi Jacqueline,

I think your frog is a Common Eastern Froglet (Crinia signifera), they are a widespread species across much of Victoria.
