Well it's a mystery to me anyhow. I'm banking on most of you knowing what they are.

I was up at our pond last night and there were at least 7 Pobblebonks/Banjo Frogs ( Limnodynastes dumerili )and well and around 30 Southern Brown Tree Frogs ( Litoria ewingi ). Many of the frogs were mating. The above call doesn't sound anything like Southern Brown Tree frog to my untrained ears. I thought maybe a variation of Eastern Common Froglet ( Crinia signifera ).
Also, in the video linked below there is another mystery call at the 15 second mark.
...and are the two frogs at about 32 seconds actually Southern Brown Tree frogs or something different. Maybe they are one of the culprits.

My rank on this site is 'Spawn' so you'll understand that I need all the help I can get.
