Best time to look for Eggs and Tadpoles in Adelaide?

Do you have a question about anatomy, life cycle, taxonomy, or anything else that isn't covered by the other frogs.org.au projects? Ask them here (or provide an answer to other people's questions).

Hi guys,

What would be the best time of day to go looking for eggs and tadpoles?

And is this even the time to be looking? Im in Adelaide (Norwood) and have been keeping a keen eye out for any taddies in my local creeks but haven't seen any yet. Can hear alot of frogs croaking away at eachother but cant even see them! :?

Where do you get yours from in Adelaide?

What tme of day have you found is best?

Thanks heaps in advance

If you can hear them calling, that would be a good place to start looking for them... Frogs are most active at night.
