frogs

Postby caity333 » Wed Jan 23, 2008 4:03 pm

hi
about 2 months ago i got about 30 tadpoles from a lady who breeds them.
i soon noticed that 2 of the tadpoles she gave me only had 1 eye.
i was wondering whether i should buy an aquarium big enough to house the 2 of them and just hand raise them?

thanks
caity

The should be alright with the rest of the tadpoles, but once they turn into frogs they may require special care.

One of my GTF's was born with only one eye and it is the most lively ones we have - it will literally swallow your finger if you hand feed it - it is the kids favourite by far and they have aptly named it "Pirate".
