How do antlions and frogs get on?

Postby taniaaust1 » Thu Mar 06, 2014 6:57 pm

I ordered a couple of antlions hoping they would one day breed as my pond area (actually nearly all my house property) is badly ant infested. Im now worried on second thought if the holes the antlions make to get their prey, whether they can be like traps to baby non tree frogs if they fell down them?

Can anyone tell me how these two things get on (I suppose frogs may eat antlions but can small frogs get stuck in antlion holes?)
